The largest update so far! AI, combat and more!


Hello everyone! I decided to skip the video logs for now.
But still this is the largest update I've made to the game so far, been working on this since October 2020.
This is the final version of the tech-demo(tiny sandbox vertical slice with no win condition) for the game.
I will now be heading into what I call the pre-alpha, where I will start to expand the world and make the sandbox into a game!

Here is a list of new things in this version:
- Localization (only English and Danish for now, but new languages can be added by editing the provided .csv file) 
- AI systems for different kinds of NPCs
- Dialogues
- Fully functional combat with different element types, shield block and parry.
- Persistent items(need to test this more)
- Water
- Status effects
- Character controller improvements
- Skippable cutscenes/logo intro
- Control scheme detection (input prompts dynamically switches as you switch input method)
- Consumable & Throwable items
- Controller haptics
- New sounds
- Bugfixes/polish

I would love some feedback on any of what I am doing here, so please check it out!
